Eraño de Guzman Manalo (born January 2,1925) is the current Executive Minister of the  Iglesia ni Cristo (INC). He is the fifth child of Felix Y. Manalo and Honorata De Guzman.

He initially took up law school, but left his studies to become a minister of the INC. He became the general treasurer of the INC and circulation manager of the Pasugo magazine (now known as God's Message). During this time, he wrote a 64-page booklet entitled Christ-God: Investigated-False.

On January 17, 1955, Eraño Manalo married Cristina Villanueva with whom he has six children. Ten years before his father's death in 1963, Eraño Manalo was elected successor to his father as Executive Minister. As of 2005 his son Eduardo is INC's Deputy Executive Minister.

In 1968 he began his foreign missionary work in Honolulu, Hawaii. His administration is generally deemed good based on growth of the organization under him. The INC under him takes an active role in working with the financial situations of its members. In interviews local authorities stated that the group is exceptionally law abiding and avoids corruption.(Manilla Bulletin) By 1974 the group reportedly became the largest denomination in the Philippines outside the Roman Catholic Church. In 2004, the INC elected to support the candidacy of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.[link]
