Erin Phillips (born May 19 1985) is a professional basketball player in the WNBA, currently playing for the Connecticut Sun.

Phillips attended college in Australia. Following her collegiate career, she was selected 21st overall in the 2005 WNBA Draft by the Connecticut Sun. She chose to remain in Australia for a year before joining the Sun in 2006.
