Esrom Nyandoro (born 6 February, 1980) is a Zimbabwean football midfielder.
Nyandoro was signed by Mamelodi Sundowns from AmaZulu, playing two seasons before being offered a trial with Sheffield United. He was named Premier Soccer League's rookie of the year for 2004/05 and the club's footballer of the year for 2005/06 after helping them to the championship title. He will join the Blades for the 2006 pre-season training after being recommended to the club by their former player Peter Ndlovu.
He was a member of the Zimbabwean 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished bottom of their group in the first round of competition, thus failing to secure qualification for the quarter-finals. He also participated at the 2006 African Nations Cup, with the same outcome.
