Eugene Melnyk (born May 27, 1959 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian businessman.
Melnyk is the chairman and chief executive officer of Biovail Corporation. On August 26, 2003, he purchased the Ottawa Senators hockey club of the NHL. He is an alumnus of St. Michael's College School and the current owner of the Toronto St. Michael's Majors and the Mississagua Ice Dogs hockey teams of the OHL.
