Exloo () is a town in the Dutch province of Drenthe. It is a part of the municipality of Borger-Odoorn, and lies about 12 km north of Emmen.
In 2001, the town of Exloo had 1328 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.73 km2, and contained 568 residences.Statistics Netherlands (CBS), [Bevolkingskernen in Nederland 2001].
