Først & sist is the largest talk show in the Nordic countries. It is hosted by Fredrik Skavlan, and aired on NRK. The show first aired in 1998 and is still broadcast every Friday.

Some notable guests have included: Hans Blix, Pelé, Paulo Coelho, Liv Ullmann, Ronan Keating, Donald Trump, Robbie Williams, Leona Naess,Joe Cocker, Nicole Kidman, Desmond Tutu and Wyclef Jean.
