F.W. "Dinty" Moore Trophy

The F.W. "Dinty" Moore Trophy is awarded annually to the first year goaltender with the best goals against average in the Ontario Hockey League during the regular season. The trophy is named after Port Colborne, Ontario native F.W. "Dinty" Moore, the President of the OHA from 1942 to 1945. Moore was honored as a Life Member of the OHA in 1962.
