FM 103 Horizon is the name of the pop-format Independent Local Radio station for Milton Keynes and North Buckinghamshire. Broadcasting on 103.3FM, it plays the best mix of the 80's, 90's and Today. The station is known for its Morning Crew Show with hosts Trevor, Cueball and Ros (who now also work for Capital FM on Sundays).

The station was launched as Horizon Radio by Chris Pearson in October 1989 as sister station to neighbouring Chiltern Radio. It was subsequently rebranded as 'The Hotter Mix' and FM 103.

The name Horizon has no real significance, although it was thought that its coverage area only extended out as far as Milton Keynes' city limits; realistically can be heard as far north as Corby and west as Bristol.
