FM Toyohashi

FM Toyohashi (JOZZ6AA-FM, 84.30MHz) is a FM radio station in Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. It is the third "community FM radio station" opened in Japan. Its broadcasts reach an area roughly bounded by Hamamatsu, Shizuoka in the east, and Gamagori and Shinshiro, Aichi in the west. Excluding parts of Sunday nights, it broadcasts 24 hours a day. Part of the time it runs MusicBird programs.
Its transmission antenna is on the 120 meter Holiday Tower, the highest building in Toyohashi.
History
FM Toyohashi had started broadcasting in Toyohashi as a mini FM radio station with the very low output power to qualify as a community FM radio station, but it raised the output power to 20 W, resulting in much wider broadcasting area.Features
