Famennian

The Famennian Age is one of two ages in the Late Devonian Period. It lasted from 374.5±2.6 million years ago to 359.5±2.5 million years ago. It was preceded by the Frasnian age and followed by the Tournasian Age.

It was during this age that tetrapods first appeared.
