"Far Away" is a single by Canadian band Nickelback. Released in February 2006, it was the second single from the band's fifth studio album All the Right Reasons (released in 2005). The single was only released in Europe and Australia, and it will be the fourth single in the United States and Canada.
The band's lead singer and guitarist Chad Kroeger described this song on the Tour when in Australia as the "only real lovesong" that Nickelback has. He described many others as "being about love" but not solely about "being in love".
