The current advertising campaign is aired on australian TV networks, the scene depicts people (almost all men) in situations that are ironic to the words being used, for example, the tagline also used in the ads is 'We Were There', for example.
We were there when the wall came down
This term is used to signify the falling of the Berlin Wall, whilst in fact it is a group of males knocking down a small brick wall.
We Survived The Bush Invasion
This term is meant to signify the Americanisim invasion (Many US owned products are beating out australian businesses) by referring to George Bush as Bush. But in fact it is the same group of men pruning a tree limb that is growing over from a neighbouring property.
We Saw Cathy In 2000
This is meant to signify that the beverage was present when olympic sprinter Cathy Freeman won gold in the 2000 Olympic Games, whilst it is in fact one of the men visiting (What is presumably) his girlfriend in the city of Sydney
