Fat-soluble

Fat soluble or fat-soluble refers to properties of compounds in our bodies that are attracted to and accumulated in fat cells within the body. Fat soluble compounds are not readily processed by the lymphatic system as are water soluble compounds. Water-soluble could be considered the opposite of fat-soluble.
