Faustina is the name of several prominent women in history. Two notable women of the Roman Empire, a mother and daughter, both wives of emperors, were named Annia Galeria Faustina, and are normally distinguished as "elder" and "younger":
- Faustina the Elder, wife of Antoninus Pius
- Faustina the Younger, the Elder's daughter, wife of Marcus Aurelius
- Faustina, a great-granddaughter twice over of Marcus Aurelius, wife of Elagabalus
- Saint Faustina, Apostle of The Divine Mercy, Nun of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy in Poland
