Felching is a sexual practice in which semen is sucked out of another person's vagina or anus, with or without a straw, after a vaginal cream pie or an anal cream pie. The semen is fresh and usually it is the man doing the sucking, though this is not always the case. It can then be passed to another person during the act of kissing and then swallowed. This act is commonly known as snowballing.

The term can also refer to sucking enema fluid from a person's vagina or anus, though this definition is much less common. Milk, water, urine, beer, orange juice, or spritzer are often used in this kind of enema, though introducing alcohol into the anal cavity carries a high risk of death through alcohol poisoning as the rectum absorbs fluids far more quickly than orally-ingested fluids. Milk is a popular fluid due to its likeness in colour to semen. It is often squirted into the mouth of the sexual partner and shared between them both.

Felching also became a featured sexual act in heterosexual pornography in mid-2000s (from the anus or vagina of a female performer to the mouth of another one, often ending in snowballing). Felching is not typically performed in mainstream pornography by male actors. In recent years, felching has also become a more commonplace activity among couples in which the wife has performed vaginal sex with another man. This is typically done as a form of sexual humiliation in cuckold relationships, or by couples in which the male partner is bi-sexual.

Felcher is used as a derogatory term; 'goat felcher' is popular in many Internet forums.

Felching, as it is known today, began possibly hundreds of years ago, with references found in KamaSutra and other ancient texts. Though lost to the world in many ways, it was a common practice in Sodom and Gomorrah and also other parts of the earth. The actual use of this act was contraception and not pleasure, as is believed widely. Rich men and lords of ancient years did not wish to see several illegitimate children around the small cities, towns or villages they lived in as it would be public embarrassment. They used eunuchs and slaves, often captured from defeated kingdoms and principalities, for the act. Once they had discharged semen into their mistresses, the slave would be left to suck and lap it up and prevent the woman from conceiving. The sucked-up discharge, as myths went, would decide where in the owner's echelons, the slave fits. This led to 'snowballing' as each slave wanted a drop of his master's discharge and rise in favor. In modern days, felching is common in some countries of the Far East, as a normal act and not for porn.
