Feldon

Feldon the Keeper of the Clouds is a fictional character in the laser-disc video game Thayer's Quest. He is most well known for possessing the Third Relic of Quoid, known as the Hunting Horn, which was previously held by the mysterious character Nigel the Huntsman. Felden is seen as an all-powerful being who controls the weather, as noted by the Dunespeople during the Great Drought caused by the Black Magician, one of the antagonists of the series. While initially aggressive towards Thayer, he grows sympathetic to his cause after Thayer retrieves the Golden Chalice, a long-lost possession of Felden which was stolen by the monks of Cibar.

He is best-known for his famous quote: "It's done!"
