Fernando Chavez

Fernando Chavez (born February 20, 1949) is an American lawyer and social activist. He is the eldest child of the farm labor organizer Cesar Chavez. He also has two children that also want to continue this family's legacy of spreading the famous Cesar Chavez.

Currently, he tours the country as a motivational speaker, addressing public interest groups and universities about his father's legacy. He also runs the law practice of Sayre and Chavez in San Jose, California. He received his bachelor's degree from Antioch University, his master's from San Jose State University, and his doctorate from Santa Clara University.
