Flemming Ammentorp Østergaard (born October 31, 1943 in Skovshoved) is the chairman of FC København. He is also known as Don Ø, a nickname he received in the 1990s, by the Copenhagen faction, "Diablo Diego".

Although recognized as a first-class businessman and tough negotiator, Flemming Østergaard has primarily been in charge of the turn-around and rise of FC København, to its present status as the leading football team in Denmark.
