Flextech is a British television company and is entirely owned by the British cable company and acts as its television programme production arm. Flextech owns a number of British channels, available on Digital Terrestrial (Freeview), Satellite (Sky Digital) and Cable platforms.

The company operates ten television channels, all available on Satellite and Cable television services, with Ftn also available on Freeview.

It also owns half (along with the BBC) of UKTV with a further eleven channels and parent company NTL also owns Sit-Up TV who operate the Screenshop, bid tv, price-drop tv and speed auction tv channels.
