Flinders University Hall

Established in 1971, the Flinders University Hall (commonly Uni Hall) is a students' residence situated on the grounds of Flinders University in Adelaide. It provides on-campus accommodation and meals for 232 university students, most of which attend Flinders University but also those attending other universities in South Australia. The current Dean of Flinders University Hall is Helen Morgan, whilst the Associate Dean is Bec Parnell.
Each room contains a bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves, electric fan, heater, a telephone, and an Internet port; and each room measures roughly two square metres - although larger rooms are available to more senior students. Communal kitchens are bathrooms are available to students, as well as several "common rooms", with access to television sets, pool tables, daily newspapers, and vending machines. There are also several facilities, including a music room, a computer lab, a library, and a basketball/tennis court. The hall provides fifteen meals per week (breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Monday to Friday); residents provide their own meals on weekends. A division of the catering company Eurest called "Scolarest" is contracted by the hall to supply the food during the week.
