Flue

A flue is a pipe or channel for conveying exhaust gases from a fireplace, furnace, boiler, or generator. Conventionally, it is the space inside a chimney where the combustion vapours rise to exhaust to the outside.
The term flue is also used in relation to pipes (on a pipe organ).
