"Flying High Again" is a song by British heavy metal rock artist Ozzy Osbourne. It is the 2nd track on his 1981 album, Diary of a Madman. This song seems to pertain to the usage of hallucinogenic drugs particularly marijuana or LSD, thus the "Flying High" obviously means "getting high."
