Fouad Ali El Himma, born on december 6, 1962 in Marrakech is delegate minister to the interior of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Ali El Himma is a former classmate of the King Muhammad VI in the Royal College.
He became chief of cabinet of the then Crown Prince Sidi Muhammad in october 1998.
After his accession to the throne, Muhammad VI appointed him as state secretary to the Interior on November 6th ,1999.
