Frank Biela (born August 2 1964 in Neuss, Germany) is an auto racing driver in touring car racing and sportscar racing.

Biela started his career in 1983 with Karts before joining the Ford Youngster Team with Manuel Reuter and Bernd Schneider in 1987, for Formula Ford and the Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft, where he won the AVUS race in 1987. In 1988, he also raced in German Formula 3 and scored two wins.

In 1990, he moved to Audi, to win the DTM race at the Nürburgring and the DTM championship in 1991 before Audi quit the DTM in mid-season of 1992. The next years, he races various Audi quattro models in Europe.

In 1999, Biela joined the successful Audi R8 project, winning many classic events in sportscar racing, as well as three ALMS races.

In 2004, he returned to the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters to drive for Joest Racing with little success.

In December 2005, Frank Biela did the first runs of the new Audi R10 Diesel sportscar racer.
