Frank "Tight Lips" Gusenberg (1893 - 14 February 1929) was a gangster and a victim of the Saint Valentine's Day Massacre in Chicago, Illinois.

When police arrived at the scene he was the only victim of the massacre still living, but he was already near death. When asked "Who shot you?" he replied, "Nobody shot me." This was because gangsters have a code of honor which prevents them "ratting" on anybody to the police.

He was buried in Irving Park Cemetery in Chicago.
