Frank Marshall (born September 13, 1946) is an American movie producer and director, often working in collaboration with Kathleen Kennedy. With Kennedy and Steven Spielberg, he was one of the founders of Amblin Entertainment.

Marshall has worked on many of Hollywood's biggest films since 1973. Starting as location manager or associate producer on such films as The Last Picture Show, Paper Moon and What's Up, Doc?, he next worked on E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial and received producing credits on the Indiana Jones trilogy, the Back to the Future trilogy, The Color Purple (Best Picture Nominee), Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Empire of the Sun and Poltergeist. He made his directorial debut in 1990 with Arachnophobia and formed the Kennedy/Marshall Company with his wife Kathleen Kennedy in 1991. His recent films as producer include The Sixth Sense and Snow Falling on Cedars.

Movies he has directed include Arachnophobia, , and Congo.

Marshall is an alumnus of UCLA where he was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
