Frank Rudolph Wolf (born January 30 1939), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1981, representing the Tenth Congressional District of Virginia ([map]) in Northern Virginia. Of the 11 represenatives from Virginia, Wolf is the senior representative. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he attended Pennsylvania State University where he was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. He received a law degree from Georgetown University. He is a member of the House Appropriations Committee.
