Fraternity

Fraternity is a word for brotherhood, and by extension deep friendship or camaraderie. It may refer to:
- any secret society, monastic or chivalric order, or bachelor band
- Some types of student society, social organizations of students of higher education:
- *Fraternities and sororities in Canada and the United States
- **Honor societies, organizations in which membership recognizes scholastic excellence
- **Professional fraternities, organizations which promote fellowship among those in a particular academic discipline or career field
- **Service fraternities and sororities, organizations whose primary purpose is community service
- **informally, a fraternity or sorority house, group housing for members of a fraternity or sorority
