Frederick C. Weyand

Frederick Carlton Weyand was born in Arbuckle, California, on September 15, 1916. He was commissioned a second lieutenant through the Reserve Officers Training Corps at the University of California at Berkeley in 1938, and graduated in 1939. He served as Chief of Staff of the Army from 1974 to 1976.
