Fuefuki (笛吹市;-shi) is a city located in Yamanashi, Japan.

As of October 1, 2004 the city has an estimated population of 72,580 with a population density of 440 persons per km². The total area is 164.77 km².

The city was founded on October 12, 2004 from the merger of six towns and villages, all but Kasugai from Higashiyatsushiro District. The city will merge again on August 1, 2006 with Ashigawa from Higashiyatsushiro District.
