Fukuroi (袋井市; -shi) is a city located in Shizuoka, Japan.
As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 61,770 and the density of 771.16 persons per km². The total area is 80.10 km². The city was founded on November 3, 1958. Its sister city is Hillsboro, Oregon.
The city is home to Shizuoka Stadium which played host to some fixtures during the 2002 World Cup.
