|} Future GPX Cyber Formula (新世紀GPXサイバーフォーミュラ Shinseiki GPX Cyber Formula, sometimes translated as New Century Grandprix Cyber Formula) is a 37-episode anime television series by Sunrise. It originally aired in Japan between 1991-03-15 and 1991-12-20.
Created by director Mitsuo Fukuda (Gear Fighter Dendoh and Gundam Seed), Cyber Formula is a show about Formula racing in the future, when race cars are equipped with computer support systems called 'Cyber Systems'. One of the most prominent anime series about motor-sports in Japan, it has inspired a number of Original Video Animation series, drama CDs, and video games. The TV series is available in English from Bandai Entertainment; however, it has never achieved the level of recognition in America that it had in Japan and parts of Asia.

Trivia
- It is quite possible that this work has the longest lifespan (9 years, 1991-2000) amongst anime-works that do not originate from mangas or novels or the likes. Moreover, this work hardly does the media mix with the manga etc. This is a very unusual example.
- The name of "Knight Shoemach" originated from the name of Michael Schumacher who raced in Japanese Formula 3000 at the time of the production of the series (Only in 1 race, but the staffs saw that race by chance). The reason for the a name was that it seems to be fitting for a fast driver. The staffs were rather surprised when they learned that Michael Schumacher debuted in F1 in that same year. It is for that reason that Shoemach(Osamu Sugo) wears the overall suit of Benetton in the final episode of TV series.
- Hayato had a huge crash and sustained severe injuries in the first episode of ZERO. The plot had certain similarities to the accident of Imora. Although this particularly volume was put on the market in April 1994 (the Imola race was held on 1st May 1994). The staffs had come to make this series with heavy feelings.
