The GE Dash 8-32BWH , known otherwise as the B32-8WH or P32-8WH, is a modern diesel-electric locomotive used by Amtrak to pull passenger trains. It is related to GE's popular range of widecab locomotives in the Dash-8 series.

Twenty of these locomotives were delivered in 1991 and numbered 500 through 519. They were nicknamed 'Pepsi Cans' by many railfans, due to being delivered in a wide-striped red, white, and blue paint livery. Their repaint to their present-day appearances is called 'Diet Pepsi'. Today they are Amtrak's secondary locomotives. Their general usage is yard switching, but can substitute for Amtrak's main locomotive, the P42DC, if necessary. As of June 2006, they are currently in the process of being overhauled. The first Dash 8 to complete overhaul was number 507, which received "Phase V" paint.

Two of the locomotives (501 & 502) were purchased by the California Department of Transportation and they were renumbered 2051 & 2052, and received the Amtrak California paint sceme. They are used on the Capitol Corridor and San Joaquin trains.
