GE Infrastructure, a subsidiary of General Electric, is headquartered in Evendale, Ohio (a Cincinnati suburb) and is comprised of GE Aviation, GE Energy, and GE Rail. It was formed when the GE Transportation and GE Energy divisions were merged into one as part of a company-wide reorganization in 2005 under the tenure of CEO Jeff Immelt.
