Galactic-class battle carrier

The Galactic-class carrier is a fictional starship in the Star Wars Universe. This carrier is a brand-new model commissioned by the Galactic Alliance. It is 1,600 meters long, and vaguely resembles the Imperator-class Star Destroyer. However, it is half as heavy, and is broader than its forerunner. It is the newest starship line of the Galactic Alliance, and was named the Galactic class in order to stay away from the infamy of the Imperator lineage.

The only known vessel of this newly minted classification is the G.A.S. Dodonna, which was assigned to the Galactic Alliance Second Fleet.
