Garage Inc. is the eighth album by American heavy metal band Metallica, released in 1998. (See 1998 in music). It includes newly recorded cover versions of other bands' and artist's songs and also every cover version the band had recorded up to that point. "Mercyful Fate" is a medley of five Mercyful Fate songs:

Although only listed as "Sabbra Cadabra", the track is actually a combination of Sabbra Cadabra and another Black Sabbath track, "A National Acrobat".

"Tuesday's Gone" was recorded in 1997 with several guest artist when Metallica hosted a radio program out of Los Angeles.

Also, a single from the album, "Turn the Page" is a cover song that originated from Bob Seger's album with the Silver Bullet Band called Back in '72.
