Genazzano FCJ College is a catholic school for girls in Kew, Victoria, Australia. It was founded in 1891 as a boarding school for country girls by the order, Faithful Companions of Jesus otherwise known as the FCJ Sisters. It has beautiful grounds and has a gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis courts and oval. The school is reknowned for the academic achievments of its pupils, especially in the area of music and the arts, while it has a fully sound and light equipped Performing Arts Centre. However in 2007, major construction of a new much larger PAC will occur that is estimated to cost approximately $7 million. The school has its own chapel which the girls are encouraged to pray in regularly. there are four buildings each named after an outstanding past pupil. they are the D'Houet building, The Wardell building, Grange Hill and St. Raphaels. There are some FCJ Sisters who still live on site next to the schools music department.
