Geoff Regan

Geoff P. Regan, PC, MP (born November 22, 1959 in Windsor, Nova Scotia) is a Canadian politician. He is the son of former Nova Scotia Premier Gerald Regan.
Regan is a current member of the Liberal Party of Canada in the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of Halifax West since 2000, and from 1993 to 1997. Regan is a former administrator, barrister and solicitor, commercial lawyer and labour lawyer. He has served as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, and then served as the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans under Paul Martin.
