George Philip Nicholas Windsor, Earl of St Andrews (b. 26 June 1962) is the son of Prince Edward, Duke of Kent and his wife, Katharine, Duchess of Kent. The title is a subsidiary title of his father, and Lord St Andrews holds it by courtesy as the heir to the Dukedom of Kent.

On 9 January 1988, Lord St Andrews married divorcée Sylvana Palma Tomaselli at a registery office in Edinburgh. As she is a Catholic, he is excluded from the line of succession to the British Throne.
