Get Off The Internet and Vote was a contest co-organized by Drew of toothpaste for dinner and his wife, Natalie Dee for the 2004 election. The contest encouraged people to vote on election day in 2004.
Premise
To enter the contest, voting citizens of the United States of America were required to photograph their registration materials and themselves at the polls on election day and send them in. All entrants to the contest received a small prize of postcards, books, CDs, or buttons from one of the contest's sponsors. The grand prize winner received "lots of t-shirts, 2 tote bags, several CDs, a book, 4 postcards, and tons of buttons."Sponsors

Success
The contest was extremely successful. At the close of the contest, the count of entrants totaled 3,118 people, which is well over the few hundred entrants expected by the contest organizers. Similarly, voter turnout for the 2004 election rose from the voter turnout of the previous election in 2000. According to a letter mailed with the consolation prizes, entrant number 1,208 was the lucky winner of the grand prize.External links
