Gideon's Crossing was a US medical drama loosely-based on the experience of the real life Dr. Jerome Groopman. It premiered on October 10, 2000 and last aired on April 9, 2001. Although receiving critical praise, it was shelved after one season. One episode (The Old School) never aired.
