Coordinates: Gjemnes is a municipality in the county of Møre og Romsdal, Norway on the Romsdal Penninsula. The administative centre is Batnfjordsøra, which has about 1000 inhabitants; Batnfjordsøra lies on the Batnfjord and is a former steamship landing place. Other villages are Torvikbukt, Flemma, Angvik, Gjemnes and Osmarka.
