Global AIDS and Health Fund

The Global Health and Aids Fund was a proposal created by UN Secretary General Kofi Annan to create one world governing body on the epidemics of AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria, and other life threating diseases. Annan first proposed the idea in April of 2001 at a African Union summit in Nigeria's capital, Abuja.
