Gloucester Railway Carriage and Wagon Company (GRCW) was a railway manufacturer based at Gloucester in England.
The Gloucester Railway Wagon and Carriage Company (GRWCC) supplied the original fleet of red trains for the Toronto subway, which were based upon similar vehicles for the London Underground.
