Gordana "Goca" Božinovska (Born: 16 January, 1965 in Serbia)is a Serbian Turbo-folk singer.

Biography

Gordana Bozinovska was born in a train between Kraljevo and Cacak in Serbia. She grew up in a family of 4 members, father, mother, sister and Goca. She lived in the village of Samaila in the heart of Sumadija. Her father was originally from Devdelija, hence her name. Second school she finished in Kraljevo where she also did her first musical appearance with the Abrasevic culture group. After her studies she moved to Belgrade where she also lives today. Together with Vesna Zmijanac she started to sing in the restaurant "Lipovacki cvet" Because of her good voice and attractive looks she soon came in contact with Saban Saulic and performed at his concerts. In 1984 she gave birth to her daughter Jelena and took a brake from her music-career. She recorded an album with Halid Muslimovic and was back in the music business and the following two years she was on tours with famous singers. She met with her future husband in 1987 and got with him daughter Zorana and son Mirko. She again took a brake but this time eight years. After the divorce of the couple she made comeback 1995. She today lives in Surčin, Belgrade.
