History
The ancient Gol stave church (built 1216, relocated 1884) from the municipality is now at Norsk Folkemuseum in Oslo, but a replica is built in Gol.What to see
Gol Bygdetun, is built around the old farm Skaga, located in the village Gol. It is dedicated to the area around Gol, and have collected buildings of nearly all types. The oldest building dates back to 17th century.
