Goodluck Ebele Jonathan (b. 1957) has been governor of Bayelsa State in Nigeria since 9 December 2005. He is a member of the ruling People's Democratic Party (PDP).

Jonathan replaced Diepreye Alamieyeseigha, who was impeached by the Bayelsa State Assembly after being charged with money laundering in the United Kingdom. He was previously the deputy governor of the State.
