The Gordon Institute of TAFE is the TAFE institute servicing Geelong, Victoria. Originally named the Gordon Technical College in honour of Charles George Gordon which changed to the Gordon Institute of Technology. The Institute was divided into two parts one of which became a major part of Deakin University. The other part reverted to Gordon Technical College before adopting its present name.
