A large hospital in Panama located on Ancon Hill, named for William C. Gorgas. . Run by the US Army for most of the 20th century, now in Panamanian hands. Currently the buildings that formed the Gorgas Hospital house the Instituto Oncologico Nacional, the Ministry of Health and the Supreme Court.
