Gornitzky & Co. (a.k.a. "I. Gornitzky & Co." and "Gornitzky"), founded in 1938 by the late Israel Gornitzky, is one of the largest law firms in Israel. Its offices are in Tel Aviv, and it has a branch in Herzlia Pituach. The firm is headed by Adv. Pinhas Rubin.
As one of Israel’s most distinguished and experienced law firms, Gornitzky has been involved with some of Israel’s largest and most complex national infrastructure projects, international tax planning, equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and arbitration cases and more.
